The Best Customer Care and Technical Support
At Best Merchant Rates all merchant services were taken care of by Customer Service in one part of our building while all Technical Support issues were resolved very far away in another part of our building. Then one day the managers met and it was obvious the two departments should be integrated for a quicker and more efficient response to your credit card processing needs. We happily are now residing in the same area and working together combining our knowledge to take care of all our merchants needs.
